Overall experience with this company was just seen as the most unorganized property management ever. They have no cares in the world for you and your situations. Would not recommend renting from this property.

They are honest and easy to deal with. I wound up not renting from them but they were professional and easy to deal with. Sasha, the manager of the office is professional and I would have no qualms about doing business with or renting from her.

I am looking for an apartment in Thief River Falls, MN. They have apartments available, but apparently do not want to rent them. I have been calling the rental office in TRF and the Fargo office with no luck on getting ahold of anyone willing to help me. I just wish someone would answer my voicemails and phone calls. Guess I’ll have to look elsewhere.
