Renting from this company is a disaster. If everything goes right then you are the lucky ones. If you ever have to ask for help or deal with the staff it is a roll of the dice if you get someone that is competent that will forward your request onto the right person or tell you correct information. Get everything they say or promise in writing as they will attempt to screw you out of it otherwise.

PRG Rentals is the best company I have ever rented from! They are fast at getting back to you and have a VERY friendly leasing team. I moved in smoothly and quickly without any issues. I would highly recommend looking into one of their properties!

I have lived over at their Osgood townsite apartment years back and now over at Timber Creek. I have never had any problems with them I payed my rent on time and if I need anything fix it was at a timely matter due to the fact I know I am not the only person living in the complex I understand that it takes time for things to get done. You also can’t go wrong with the renewal incentives when it’s time to renew your lease.

I live at timber creek apartments. Don’t be fooled by how new and nice it looks, it is the worst apartment I’ve ever owned and I wish I could give them less than 1 star. I definitely would not recommend. It is very overpriced and has no parking whatsoever. I parked in one of the places by the door and got my car towed in less than 12 hours and have to pay nearly $200 to get it back. They have no recollection of where it even is and they don’t get you any information on where to get it back. I will be telling everyone I know not to rent from here and how terrible it is. I typically don’t leave reviews but felt so strongly about hating this place I have to let all you future renters know the truth about this apartment before you make a commitment you don’t want.

Worst place to rent from! Policy happy place that doesn’t make sense. Place is dirty, no repairs or upgrades ever happen. Owner is just cashing in on the renters and not reinvesting in the buildings!
