Hazelwood Townhomes is a great community to live in! The kids always have someone to play with. Neighbors are helpful/friendly! Chestnut ridge office are great to work with!

Great and friendly management and have enjoyed living in the townhomes! The only downside is the basketball court in the back. There are constantly kids back there all day and night in large numbers (even after 10PM) so you will not get any privacy what so ever, and most of the kids don’t even live in the complex. On top of that they’re by no means quiet, some even being disrespectful and will yell things at you. That being said, if it weren’t for the basketball court, I would give 5 stars.

I lived here for about 6 months, the management is terrible. The lease is unclear on certain things. The apparent was ok but the corridors stank really bad the whole time I was there. Not the best option in Fargo. I would recommend looking else where.

Management is amazing! Always soo helpful. Anytime I have called for maintenance issues, it was always fixed with in 2days!

This place is a joke ever since I moved in there has been constant problems. There are 24 apartments in the building and only 1 washer to share. There are kids constantly running around in the hallways and they decided to redo the WHOLE parking lot so we have no access to our garage or anywhere to park and we are only allowed to park on the street. that's 3 block of parking for 72 apartments. Let's be honest where does that make any sense????? The staff literally had no idea what they're doing. You call and complain about things and they never resolve it they seem like they care but ive been living here since November and the washer isn't even fixed and the security doors are constantly broken. This place is a joke and I would never recommend it to anyone.
