Mary was the perfect example of why you want a realtor. She heard and responded to what my price limit was and what I was looking for in a home. We looked at quite a few homes and she was always receptive to my likes and dislikes. She worked with my schedule and was ALWAYS very responsive to calls and texts. Once we found the home that was right for me, she walked me through the process. The seller was extremely difficult to work with but she did everything in her power to keep things going and kept me informed. After closing, she stopped by to check in and gave a beautiful house warming gift. She went above and beyond! I would highly recommend Mary!!!

Mary is AMAZING! She’s is beyond flexible, understanding and is truly passionate about making sure her clients find their dream home. We found our home and closed within two months, couldn’t have asked for a faster or smoother transaction. I also recommend working with her on selling. We listed our home and within a week accepted an offer. Can’t praise Mary enough for her amazing work!

Mary was available at our convenience to view properties and guided us through the process, warned of potential issues with a property, and answered questions and ironed out issues in a professional timely manner, avoiding headaches, and mistakes that would have surfaced eventually. Mary helped us find inspection services that saved us time and money. Mary was friendly and amazingly helpful and responded morning, noon, and night, answering questions, advising us of where we were in the process, and what she needed from us from day to day. Mary even helped us find a banker that was able to expedite the loan process and take us step by step through the application process and getting finance approval. Mary is an excellent agent and went above and beyond in every way. Mary even found a potential issue with a house we were interested in that stopped the process in its tracks, Thankfully! We also had a significant last minute issue come up with the property we purchased. Mary navigated that issue with a great deal of extra work for her. We are pleased with our purchase and are totally satisfied with the experience we had with Mary as out buyers agent.

Mary Schimke was a pleasure to have as our real estate agent. We were so fortunate to have found her. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we traveled from Fargo, its surrounding cities and drove as far as Detroit Lakes, MN to look at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.nIn short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible.
