We lived in a tow home through castle reality for 2 years and kept the place almost identical to how we came to it. If you needed something fixed it’d take at least 2 weeks for someone to come and fix it. After cleaning for hours on end when it was time to move, they proceeded to charge us over $500 for “over 15 hours of cleaning” will truly never rent through them again. Beyond frustrated.
