First this place deserves 0 stars at the most. I wish I had time to write into more detail how HORRIBLE this place is. I don’t even know where to begin. They break common Kansas renter laws and have been given multiple warning of this. They have a very structurally unsafe building which has been proven by city inspectors. They lie and go into your apartment without notice to open work orders. And speaking of work orders, we had MOLD in our apartment HVAC and when we notified the office of this they responded by merely wiping it off of the vents. A few months later we couldn’t believe our eyes when we notice it was back. When we contacted the office they refused to fix it after given a LEGAL 14 day notice as my attorney provided we have to do and instead of fixing this issue they threatened us with a $4500 lease break fee if we didn’t continue to live in a moldy apartment. I had been sick from October to July when me and my roommate finally were able to financially move out with still no resolution to the issues at hand. I am just now finally getting out of this lease almost 3 months later and as I’m going through my walk through they tell me they are taking half of our deposit to clean the OLD DIRTY carpet that it came with UNCLEANED from the day we moved in. This place should be shut down and I am in the process of working on that. The office help has rotated 4 times and every time I call they refuse to call back or even through email attempts. These people in the leasing office should not be working in a legal binding field.

NOT the best apartment management in town; they are most of the time nice but sometimes blunt and not professional. It might be a good idea to look at other apartment managers if able.

They are not good about answering emails. I emailed them about an apartment and I'm still waiting on a reply.

Honest and straight forward renting here! Great maintenance guy too! He's very friendly and considerate. Repairs are as expected to be! I loved renting from here!
