Most police officers i’ve interacted in ccsd with are nice but there are always bad seeds. specifically when it comes to condensing behavior towards some students. a friend of mine was reprimanded for crossing the street on a CROSSWALK? an officer radioed out of his car, “informing” her on pedestrian rules (even though they always have tight of way, especially at a crosswalk) and told her “you should have learned this in kindergarten.” the statement was unnecessary, rude, and belittling. i just wish i could’ve stayed long enough to get his name or license plate #.

CCSD PD is corrupt!

Rude, disrespectful, and sarcastic officer. Didn’t get his name as I was too busy trying to drop my child off at school.
