Awful experience at this station!! Simply wanted an incident report and officer not to smart at the front desk couldn’t even do that right. Who lets you sit for 20 min before saying no one is in office to process your request? Then he wouldn’t walk 8 feet to give me back the request document I filled out with personal info (Social, DOB, etc.) and I just experienced my credit cards stolen and used (hence my need of an incident report). I’ll definitely be submitting a formal complaint. Wait for it Officer B!!

The true criminals are IN THIS PHOTO! OFFICER MANGAN! BADGE# 2154 STOLE MY EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL AFTER SHE TRIED TO GET ME LOCKED UP IN THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE I MADE A COMMENT ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE FEMALES FEELING SUICIDAL DUE TO LACK OF HELP! she had people in white coats try to take me away and after 30 minutes of being there I was released! I came home to my DOG MISSING! SHE PUT HIM IN THE SHELTER!!! I WILL NOT LET THIS BEHAVIOR GO UNNOTICED!

Great staff. Fast response. I have no idea where these other reviews came from. Henderson doesn't take 2 hours for anything. Disregard that review. There is another for an extended stay tow yard?!?!?!?!?!?! Is that another service provided by HPD? Or did this person abandon a vehicle?

Choosing to make a very difficult decision by pressing charges against a loved one is the worst thing to get through but thethe offic at the N. Henderson facility where both equally very efficient and ran well. Thank you for being of service. Best Regards, J
