Subway

Don't usually have problems with this location, and the new drive thru touchscreen kiosk is cool enough, but it needs to be extended out into the driving lane. Unless you can drive up onto the curb, you're so far away from the touch screen you either need to hang out the window or open your door and stand next to it, which defeats the purpose of a drive thru.

The woman (slim brunette)working the drive through was very rude and mean, on top of that, we had to wait for almost 30 mins just for 2 sandwiches with noo one in front of us! I went in to the Subway by University in the afternoon using drive-through. I would not suggest this subway!

You should not put up a touch screen order machine in the drive thru during coronavirus. Or at least let you order by voice if you want. I was told to either use the touch screen or come in the store to order.

I wish I could say food service workers deserve 15 and hour. But lately all the ones I run into or make my food are people that think they shouldn't have to do something for money. Therefore making this business loose my service. I used to work for subway and my mistakes were minimal. Not saying I didn't make any but they were minor. Like not enough dressing. I never forgot to put bacon on someones sandwich or made it so they had more veggies on one side then meat. My sandwhichs were balanced. Its not hard work and its disrespectful how I've been treated. Subway now joint the list of places I refuse to eat at for poor service. Thanks for robbing me blind for charging me for all the extras I never got. Thieves.
