i do not recommend this place. Jan 22nd, 2020 at 2:45pm, the woman working told me personally that she did not care that their business ruined 400$ of my collection of tailored shirts. I found her personality repulsive and I would highly recommend the owners of this business train their staff to be more receptive to customer issues.
Took my wool peacoat in and was cleaned in a timely manner at a very affordable cost. I realized after a day of wearing it that they had mended a hole in one of the pockets at no additional cost. Their kindness has assured I will be a lifelong customer of theirs. Wonderful people.
I love this place! The ladies are always so friendly and my clothes never get ruined. I had a horrible experience at Mayfair which prompted me to go here instead and I’m so glad I did. Exceptional service!
Horrible experience. Sent my coat in, and when I got it back, instead of getting cleaner it actually became even more dirty. I will not go back. No spot got cleaned.
They did a great job with the cleaning and had reasonable pricing but didn't return my good hangars or suit bag. I had a bunch of items and was in a hurry and I figured it was somewhere in there but when I got everything unpacked today all my items were on cheap metal hangars and my bag was gone.
