Jaxson and Zach were great help in cleaning up after a water leak in our basement. They worked hard to remove all of the damaged ceiling tiles and carpeting. They were pleasant to work with and got the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend Servpro to help with recovering from water damage.

Don and Carrie came over and checked out my attic after a suspected raccoon break-in. They were very professional even when a bunch of blown-in insulation rained down on them while opening the hatch to the attic.nnCarrie checked the attic and took pictures. Don told me that the insulation was undisturbed and looked clean. He told me that no clean-up work was required.nnBefore leaving, they cleaned up the insulation that came down.nnThis was a very good experience. I recommend ServPro and would call them again.

We have used SERVEPRO of Ames now for two different rain events that brought water in the basement of our church building. In both instances, Jeff was professional and responsive. They had a team out to the property quickly and started walking us through what was needed for cleanup. The results were amazing! The spaces looked and smelled, as if it never happened. I am very thankful for the hard work and obvious pride they take in caring for customers and our community. I highly recommend working with Jeff and the SERVEPRO of Ames team.
