Big Fish Cleaning | Carpets, Air Ducts, Dryer Vents & Water Restoration (Fargo ND)

I had Big Fish at our home at the end of November 2020 -- they did a fantastic job with our carpets & area rugs --- we also hired them for our duct cleaning & air exchange cleaning service --- in addition, they provided a complimentary dryer ventilation clean --- I highly recommend and will be using these guys again for future needs.

I've used several carpet cleaning companies in town, but none were able to offer the level of professionalism that big fish did. I enjoyed their promptness, and their communication skills were excellent. I was well informed as to when my appointment would be, and they showed up directly on time.nnI've also seen some of their other services, such as their air duct cleaning jobs, and they do a very thorough job. The owner, Nick, is very friendly and amiable. Their prices are competitive, and I never felt like I was being overcharged.nnOverall, I would recommend them to anybody who's looking to get some hard stains out, who's looking to move out of their apartment, or who just wants their house to smell better. A great company that offers a great service.

I had a rare day off work coming up so I called two weeks in advance to schedule a dryer vent cleaning. The person I spoke to was very nice. The day of the cleaning, nobody showed up at the scheduled time. I called and left a message and it was never returned. A full two days later, I got a text that said they had an employee no call / no show that day. I will be looking elsewhere.

2nd time I've used them they did a great job at a great price

Had them scheduled for a carpet cleaning and were 5 mins early I liked that. Did an excellent job getting out coffee stains.
