When our furnace quit working late afternoon before a cold night, they were out first thing the next morning. The serviceman greeted me by name at the door, was respectful in our home, took time out to make friends with one of my skittish cats and eased the cat's stress level which meant a lot to me. We have always used them for our service needs and they are great. Would highly recommend them!

A few months ago called them and asked to give me a quote on plumbing and HVAC on new $700,000 house. No call back. Stopped by their office, emailed them the plans, never heard from them.nnLast week called them to come out to a rental property and replace a curb stop. They said they would call me back the next day to schedule it. Never heard back. Called them Monday again, they said they would call me back the same day. Never heard back. A different plumber came the same day and coordinated with Waterloo Water Words and got it done.nnSo unreliable...

Had a great experience with Bergen! We bought an existing commercial building and they were responsive and reliable. A big shout out to Ronnie! He was outstanding!!!

Previous experience with them had been very good. But this time, we Sent them a check for the service call & $1000 deposit for work that needs to be done. 2 months later.....and we're still waiting! Contacted them several times, always getting same excuses. Finally demanded our deposit to be refunded....which they did. Doubtful we'll be calling them again.
