There was 3 in our group and our food came to the table at different times. We got one plate, then about 4 minutes later we got another plate and then about 6 minutes later we got the last plate. The last plate was my son, who had boneless wings and they were lukewarm at best. The waiter said his food would be up in about 30 seconds so I was assuming they were going to come out super hot since they just got done. Not so much the case. They came out half warm. My chicken club was great tasting. But thought it ridiculous that the our food came out so sporadic. Everyone at our table should have gotten their food at the same time (not almost 10 minutes from 1st person to last person getting their food) and it should have been hot! Cooks need to do a better job of serving hot food and at the same time.
My experiences at the BWW are back and forth. When I go in and sit in, the food is hot and fresh. When I order out or get delivery, the food tends to be cold, or any modifications asked for are not adhered to even after being checked by staff.nRecommend, but insert the caveat of eating in at the restaurant.
They let 20+ people just pile into the entry way mask less when it’s now a known fact COVIDs transmittable through the air. You can create a system to keep people safe by limiting the number of people coming in. Our waitress also leaned over our infant not wearing a mask. The district managers should be beaten and fired and the establishment burned down.
My wife and I went for supper on a Friday night when they had limited seating due to required distancing. It was just us two so we got immediate seating on the bar side. Service was about the speed it normally is and the food very good. Jon, our server did a great job.
Need more waiters/waitresses. Seems there are times that they are short staffed. Food is good staff is nice.
