My wife and I stopped at Long John Silver's in Cedar Falls today at approx. 2:15 to order a couple of coupon offers. The man said the deep fryer was down and could not accommodate us. Once before approx. 3 months ago at the same location to order Kentucky Fried Chicken and they said no do to a shortage of help! Do not go to this location. The Black's that operate both do not have any business experience!

The fish at the Cedar Falls location is worth the wait! We don’t have fried fish very often but when we do want it this is where I go. The man who makes the fish does an amazing job! Carefully coating each filet and frying to perfection. No over oiliness on his fish. But because he does it well, it takes time. Wait for it, and then enjoy!

I don't know what they changed but I can no longer eat there. I loved eating here but anymore I get so sick afterwards. I'm not they only this happens to. Just not like it use to be. Which is really sad.

This is consistently the worst Long John Silvers I have ever been to. I have not had one satisfactory experience at this location. Average 20 minute wait for anything you order regardless of dine in or drive through. Our family loves Long John's, so we give it a try once a month on average and are always disappointed. It is worth the drive to the Waterloo location for much faster and more professional service.

Waited literally 20 minutes for my food. Didnt notice at first because I was messing on my phone. But I looked up and two cars that were behind me had left the parking lot. One lady had gone in to order also. So I go in and two people asked me if they could help. Said yeah, I've been waiting 20 minutes for my food. And they both said oh. I'll get that. Neither of them went to get it. One made an excuse saying just got off break, (smoking on the sidewalk). Then the manager walks over and he asks. I told him the same. Oh sorry we accidentally gave that to someone else. Okay, why didnt you tell me this while I waited in my truck? He did give me a few extra hush puppies and an extra fish. He is pretty much the reason they even get 1 star......
