Vantage Lofts Apartments

The worst apartment community in Henderson! DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will be disappointed, definitely not worth the price of rent. The apartments are cheaply constructed! They let just about anyone move in. Would give 0 stars if I could!!!! Don’t be fooled by the appearance..

Nice clean apartments with great tenants. Friendly staffs. Beautiful pools. Gorgeous views of the strip. Easy access from the freeway. Secure gated community. I feel really safe here.

My wife and I have lived here at Vantage for two months now. We love the loft layout and the people who live here. We have been having a tremendous amount of issues with the property though. Before coming to tour Vantage, the wife and I read up on all of the google reviews and we noticed that most people have issues with management and how the property is run. We just assumed those people who wrote the negative reviews were just bad tenants so we didn’t listen to their warnings. We regret not listening to their complaints so we felt obligated to warn everyone who’s researching Vantage. Some of the issues we have been having in the last two months are: 1- Bathtub broken, water damaged walls, scratched windows (All broken when we moved in)(Still not fixed) 2- I have not been given a parking space for one of my vehicles. 3- There are 5 pool chairs so you can rarely lay out by the pool. 4- The front gate has been broken on and off for weeks. 5- Our neighbor’s truck was stolen due to insufficient security/cameras. 6- Management treats everyone like children. If you are looking for a luxury apartment complex this is not the place for you. We pay $3,000 a month and get treated poorly. We have friends who lives at Veer Towers on the strip and THAT is the definition of luxury living and it’s $1,000 cheaper than Vantage. Sorry for the long review. Management dropped off a letter on our door that was very unprofessional and I about lost it. I’ll attach a picture of it so you guys can get a glance of what I am referring to. (Backstory on the letter) I paid my rent like a normal person, on May 31st which is the day before it is due. I paid the balance in full and thought nothing more of it. Little did I know, they don’t update the random maintenance fees until the 1st of the month so basically you have to pay rent on the first of the month (no earlier and not later.) As a freshly new resident I thought I would get a phone call first explaining the system but instead I got a letter calling me dishonest over $130 fee I had no idea about. In short, Vantage is not luxury.

I’ve lived in the apartment since 2014, I left for a few years when things got rocky onsite with the property renting to almost anyone. The police were often on site and there was even a death in one of the building when I was there in 2016. The property was great between 2014 and 2015 and decided to give it another chance because I loved the units. I became a full time resident again as of January 2020. The building is great, the units are beautiful and you definitely pay for that. The amenities are beautiful however with so many unreasonable rules it’s hard to enjoy them. Like most people who live in Las Vegas our friends and family do not live here. When I have my parents come to visit they cannot use the pool or amenities because I have to accompany them. Not only that but the rule says only 1 guest per resident. Which means I can only take my dad or mom to the pool area not both. When I’m working my parents can’t go to the pool on there own because I need to be with them to baby sit. If your coming from a luxury apartment in Los Angeles this isn’t something you’ll experience. It’s totally unreasonable and maybe I’ll be considering other properties without micro management and where my friends or family can enjoy the pool without me having to babysit them.

Mr. John Weaver the main Owner for Vintage is amazing. Love this property and my unit.
