KWIK STAR #229

I just spent $11 on the worst car wash I have ever received. There was still dirt on my doors, and the windshield still had bugs on it. There was soap running down my windows after exiting through the blow dryers. Wow!!!!nLove your store, but I'll never waste another dime on your car wash.

Went in for my usual iced coffee. Unfortunately none of the three whipped cream dispensers were stocked. I've seen them much busier and better supplied.

Asked them to make a fish sandwich and was told only on Fridays they make them. It is too much of a hassle to make it for a guest. Great customer service ud83dudc4e yes that is sarcasm people. What happened to if you don't see it we will make it for you? Just asking.

By far the worst Kwik star in Cedar Valley never food out, always dirty, drinks never stocked, coffee seems to be reset always Burnt. I go to Kwik Stars everyday, and this location needs help.

Strongly suggest you never have your vehicle washed here.nnI selected the Touch Free was as I always do, never would I use the Soft Touch car wash on one of my vehicles nor should you if you remotely care about it. I paid for the elite car wash, I pulled into the machine, the lights turned off for a moment, everything turned on a second later and out come the arms for the Soft Touch car wash and just like that everyone's road debris is spinning all over the paint on my brand new truck.nnI called the store to ask them to stop the car wash, did not answer, call again, dial tone (someone didn't feel like dealing with phones so the left it off the hook...). Call the hotline number, by the time I get on the phone with someone the car wash has finished.nnAt first they offered me a code for a free car wash, but the words they should've said are here's a code for the car wash you already paid for now go wait in line again for 45 minutes or make time to come back again sometime in the next 30 days.. After explaining that it wasn't free they where just giving me the car wash I paid for they offered to give me my 10 dollars back, woo-pie thanks, I could care less about the 10 dollars at this point. Proceed to spend more time waiting for them to void the transaction and re ring it so they can still charge me for me 20$ or whatever in gas.nnThe guy I talked to in person was nice enough and its not like the machine breaking or the store not answering the phone is his fault directly, but the overall experience was awful. Should've been his manager dealing with it from the start.nnI wont be back for Gas or a Car Wash.
