Great customer service, Justin was personable and very polite. Genuinely showed they appreciated my business as a first time customer.
It was super busy today and as a walk-in I still didn’t have to wait long. They got to everyone and worked quickly, the lady doing my nails helped me do exactly what I wanted from pictures I brought. I’ll definitely be going back.
I have gone to this nail salon for almost two years & will never again. The worst experience I have EVER had getting my nails done. The guy made my nails bleed 3 times. The whole experience was painful. The nail tech was not competent to be doing so & needs to go back to school. When expressing my concerns the manager did not listen & gave me a ten dollar gift card. I explained they will lose much more business if they keep this employee working without properly teaching him. It fell on deaf ears. Oh well their loss✌ud83cudffc
I go to diamond on the regular. Usually a good experience and this time I went in looking for a specific summer look but I knew it was difficult. They put me with Ken and we worked with each other to come up with something similar and still just as beautiful. Oh my gosh did he do amazing!! Beautiful dip ombré turned out great. Ken was also gentle and very friendly.
I was able to get in before my time. When I have time I'll going back to get my nails done in a different color.
