I had seen Elevate online and was very excited to see them in person and it was exactly what I saw online. The office is polite and was able to answer all of my questions. I love their Pool and Floorplans! Super excited for my move in date!

I definitely recommend Elevate apartments to whom ever is looking in Henderson area. The team is very Quick and Responsive! Community is clean and beautiful !

I lived in unit 624. For starters the staff at Elevate was unprofessional. Ariel (she works in the office) was very rude and hardly any help whatsoever. My floor had severe issues and they did nothing about it. They had made the claim to me that it was fine HOWEVER when the sent their company of choice to inspect the floor, the three men they sent patted down my floor then left. I could not in good conscience stay there. Cracks had begun to form in the base boards and ceiling and when I called to complain they sent maintenance to check it out, only to tell me that it was no big deal and they were just going to cover it up with caulking. So I’d fully recommend that if you plan on moving to Elevate, save yourself the time. It’s not worth the money.

ARIEL & KIMBERLING = DISASTER AND CONFUSION. Unprofessional leasing process from beginning to end. I applied and sent my stubs and license the same day. They called bavk asking if I'd pay $1300 refundable deposit or $500 non refundable. I opted for the latter although the options sounded sketchy. They gave my unit away and then started throwing random additional requirements at me asking for "full checks" without even attempting to verify my employment. Then it was that I needed to pay 3 months ahead. I agreed and then their hands were tied and they had to just tell me the truth that the unit wasn't available anymore. They were hoping to eliminate me with the money requirements but didn't happen. In hindsight either the office staff or management company is running shady business because I've checked my credit this week and they never even pulled it. Seems they only approve or deny based on their profiling of applicants. If they think you can afford it you get the place. Such a shame I was really excited about the place seeing that I did a hard hat tour when the property was being built years ago but ended up moving to the Lennox instead because those were ready. I lived two blocks down at vantage at that time and was interested in what this property would turn out like.
