They only care about the landlord during this time its hard to find anyone that cares about other people and they only care about the money took my application after weeks of me explaining what was on my background but still found the smallest thing to deny me.

Osvaldo Handyman Installed Doorbell Service on 9-16-20 from 9:30AM - 9:50 AM a Wireless Doorbell with base plugged into the kitchen outlet, uncertain the exterior doorbell will stay in place, we shall see, otherwise service was good. Thank you.

Guardian Realty is amazing. Danielle and Paul are true professionals. Please understand that, if they ever get a negative review, it's just because their job as property managers requires them to honor the law, the lease agreement, and the reasonable requests of their clients who own/rent properties. The angry ones are those who tried to screw over the landlords! Danielle and Paul are very kind, capable, and honest. 10/10 would hire!
