Allegro at La Entrada

We moved in hastily after a failed move in at a different complex. We dodged a bullet at the other community when things fell through. We were very lucky to have Samantha as well as Rosa helping us with the leasing process and they got us into an apartment very quickly. We were also very pleased with the community manager Susan who helped us with signing the lease. After move in we have had a few issues with appliances and we have had a very helpful and attentive maintenance man helping with them. He replaced the dishwasher. More urgently the fully stocked refrigerator went out on a Sunday evening no less! He was prompt and replaced it very quickly. Thank you kindly for your help.

This is not the placet to live if you are seeking peace and quiet. I lived at Allegro with my dog for one year, concluding 6/23/2020 and I walked around this whole complex every day and I was amazed to see the loud music emanating from many apartments, especially Building 5, where some of the people there were extremely noisy and loved to blast their music. I had a couple below me in Unit 1715 that were very heavy smokers and played their music loud. I contacted management and they tried their best to rectify the situation, but to no avail. What was disappointing was that I was willing to stay if management did not renew the lease of the Tennant's below me, but they suggested that I move to a different apartment. I moved out to a 55 and older community where loud music is not tolerated and smoking is not permitted. Ultimately, all management cared about was collecting their rent check every month and letting the same problem persist for the new Tennants in my old apartment, #1725. Maintenance is top notch here. All problems are fixed the next business day. Appliances are outdated but workable. It is a nice area with many beautiful people living here. But if you decide to live here, you are taking a big risk getting a noisy neighbor. The office help, Susan, Samantha and Mercedes are very nice, but lax and to easy going. I cannot recommend anyone living at Allegro unless they don't mind being subject to loud music. There were no bug problems in my apartment.

I have been a resident here for some time. I am very pleased with my experience. I feel my concerns are well addressed and that the staff is actively working to better the community.

The Leasing Office is incredibly helpful, and made my move in experience very easy. Samantha answered all my questions right away and took care of everything I needed without hassle.

Been leaving here for almost 2 years. Great area, quiet neighbors, clean community, close to the freeway. The front office people are the best!
