Customer service was good.
I have never experienced such unprofessional customer treatment in my adult life. I waited weeks for a member of management to call me after they had ruined a few of my shirts. Once I was able to reach them, only because I called, I was promised a follow up call and it never took place. I was offered a service to correct it at no charge only to have it ignored and then you charge me anyway. You provide a service to the customer, that service is paid for, but there should be some accountability from ownership or even a little remorse. Some action to do right. I expect my clothing to be returned in the manner in which it was received, in the same size it was received. You would assume the least you would have the time to hear out the concern and attempt to resolve the outstanding issue not disregard the problem. I’ve been patient and now I’m left not only dissatisfied but with over $150 in ruined shirts. Thanks Prestige for your lack of ownership, mistreatment, and accountability. Great business model.
Decent customer service, if I ever had an issue, they promptly correct. Would recommend.
