I am updating my review because the maintenance team that handled my work order today were absolutely wonderful. Jerry and Rick, your help means the world to us!! My refrigerator door had some issues and it caused my food to spoil. They fixed it so fast and we are so happy to have a working refrigerator for the holidays. Our key fobs for the gate came in so we no longer have to touch the key pad during a pandemic. The Edge has also been good about handling noise complaints during this time, and send out reminder e-mails of the quiet periods. Our AC bill is affordable, even when its running during the summer. We've had zero problems with them getting us filters within 24 hours. Very happy with the improvement in the maintenance team lately! My only complaint is my parking space being across the street from my apartment so that I can't easily carry in groceries or large items without squeezing between cars. It's not the end of the world, but folks speed through the complex and I've been almost hit twice due to cars turning the corner from the dumpster and not looking. I really hope you guys consider re-assigning apartment spaces in the future!

I really enjoy this place so far, Maintenance is awesome we have never had an issue when they come out to take care of it. They always are very assertive. The management team does a good job trying to interact with residents. The staff that cleans the property does a fairly good job, trash is a huge issue. Over all the price for what you get is fair

Just leased at The Edge and love it! The leasing staff, including Dayler and Maria are so helpful and even gave me extra tips on the area since i arrived from out of state. Reuben, on the maintenance staff, was here right when I moved in to help with a couple of things that needed attention. What a joy to live on such a wonderful and friendly community. The apartment is spacious and beautiful... Thank you!!!

I have lived her for a little over two years now and it has been a pleasant experience during that time. The office staff are responsive to any needs that come up, and always reach out and respond in a timely manner with any issues. The maintenance staff are particularly excellent. We haven't had to submit many work orders but when we do the maintenance team always responds quickly and completes the work efficiently and effectively. We frequently seen the maintenance staff around the complex constantly keeping things up to date and functioning appropriately. Particular shout out to Jay from maintenance. When ever we are walking around the complex or returning from an outing, if we happen to run into Jay, he always checks in following up on completed work orders or inquiring if everything is functioning as it should and if we are up to date on our preventative maintenance.

We’ve lived in The Edge Apartment complex for about 3 years, and we’ve been very happy here. The people in the front office like Daylor are always friendly and easy to talk to. The maintenance people are nice & polite, and they get the work done right away when you put in a work request. The Master bath has a nice sized tub, and there’s recessed lighting in the kitchen and laminate flooring. We just signed the lease for another year.
