EXPRESS LAUNDRY IS THE ONLY LAUNDRY MAT THAT SUPPORTS THE WATERLOO COMMUNITY

The dryers like to munch quarters. Other than that it's not too bad.
It's very clean and large, but the WiFi almost never works and customer service fights with you when you report a problem. A machine ate $1 worth of quarters and the change machine only gave me 75 cents for my $1. It wasn't worth the customer service lady to come all the way from cedar falls to give me my money back, but there is a sign that says attendant on duty, so where are they? I've never had any other issues with express laundry and will make sure to only come in the evening when the older gentleman is cleaning. He is way more helpful and deserves a raise.
LOVE THIS PLACE! - CLEAN, WELL LIT, ATTENDANT ON DUTY. MACHINES ARE VERY FAST TOO. THE DRYERS DRY MY CLOTHES IN HALF THE TIME.
