I have only been here a few months and I can't say that I have any complaints with the complex. Castile is located in a great area across from a park. I have not used the pool but it appears to be a big attraction. There is a good mix of young , and midlife individual living here as well as young families so some of you might want to meet neighbors before picking your apartment. I had one issue with a leak in the ceiling of my bathroom and the staff responded right away and fixed the issue in less then a week.

So I’m revising my review. The staff is great, the community is great- I don’t like my downstairs neighbor but hey, whatever. Manoy did a great job moving me in and making me feel welcomed, as well as the other ladies (and the gentleman) always being helpful. The property manager is very attentive and pays attention to my requests and understands that I have a one year old who walks loudly at times and is super empathic and understanding. They’re doing a great job, especially given the time we are in with corona and I think they’re all great. They’re always super informative and they work together to get results. I feel bad I was snippy with them via email and I absolutely recommend them 🥺💗

I was so excited to move into these apartments, I am a single mom of two little girls after our first year of our lease, I was so excited to be able to upgrade to a two bedroom. Ever since our upgrade we have been constantly harassed by one of our neighbors, I have physical evidence of multiple things done and said to my daughters and to myself, I have tried to bring attention to the office and the office manager rose his voice and said the most inappropriate and demeaning things to me and wouldn’t let me speak. Over all- no support and bad treatment from management, verbal harassment from neighbors. I wanted to stay living here for a long time and I’m not one to ever write reviews and I don’t let things bother me and mind my own business... but now I can’t wait to get out. So unfortunately I discourage anyone from moving into this complex unless there is a change in management.

I just moved into Castile and have absolutely no complaints . The management made the process for me so convenient. The amenities are beautiful. I love the property and my apartment. Plus its very close to so many places on Stephanie street. Angela at the front desk is SO helpful! Ask for her to help you through the apartment hunting process.
