Rude receptionist. I asked for Desimones email address, she claimed this info is personal, and then tried to find out what the email was about. That’s funny because I actually have his cell and I was trying to be polite. She accused me of belligerence when I tried to explain the importance. My wife and I have a substantial amount of savings for a down payment on a home, although that wasn’t the purpose of the request, her bad judgement is a first impression of this business. Joe Desimone sr and jr are good men and deserve better representation. First impressions.
