We had an elderly dog that left lots of surprises on the carpet and when she passed we knew we needed a deep clean. It was easy to schedule and Mark got me in within a week. The carpet feels brand new. The softness has come back and all the discoloration from wear and tear is gone. Excellent, affordable service!
Service was professional and they went above and beyond to get the pet stains and odors out of the home we purchased. It was like a having brand new carpet installed, but a fraction of the price! Highly recommend Mark and his team.

Mark with Chem-Dry was fantastic to work with! He was able to squeeze me in super last minute (within less than 24 hours on a weekend) so we could get my house on the market right away.
