Folks, Tatiana is an excellent - world class Real Estate Professional - she is strategic in her approach, adjusting to the market conditions and the objectives of the client. I can confirm her strategic approach and collaborative style, made a difference in how we went to market. Her marketing prowess is visible - EVERYWHERE! Quality of materials created and there distribution ensure maximum exposure. Finally, she is totally hands on - I cannot thing of a milestone from start to finish, where Tatiana wasn't on the scene. This level of involvement, ensures the risk of misunderstandings/mistakes or lack of follow through are virtually eliminated. Great experience with Tatiana was our agent, and was super helpful. Always available at odd hours to help answer our newbie questions, and always went to bat when the selling agent tried some shady tricks. Also, our touring experience was great with her. The pay structure of Tatiana means that these guys were totally not pushing us to buy, and I could tell they both had fun showing us around the various properties. Highly recommend!!

Tatiana is the absolute best and most honest realtor you can get. We experienced a lot of bumpiness on buying our new construction home from Lennar due to their sales agent messing a lot up. She performed with a ton of honor and I was always very skeptical that realtors were very helpful, but without her things would have been extremely difficult. Lennar kept messing up documents, improperly adding fees, moving our closing date around and we were always playing catch up because of their errors, but she kept on them until the last day until they finally got everything corrected. We close today and without Tatiana I am sure I would've been hurt by the builder financially. She talked me through everything very carefully, always responded to my calls or texts within seconds and was very attentive to detail. If you are in the market for a realtor, don't hesitate to choose Tatiana, she will actually fight for you and we owe her a lot for that, Vegas is a very cutthroat market with a lot of ill-intentioned sellers/buyers so you need someone to help navigate the water, as I mentioned I was a skeptic before for realtors but Tatiana showed me what a good realtor can and will do.

Tatiana was very helpful and instrumental in our purchasing process. Always open and honest about the homes we were looking at helping us make the right choice for the home we wanted. Our stipulations were ridiculous, and there were quite a few times that we all doubted that we would find the house we wanted. But after a few months, it came on the market, and we were able to put an offer on the house the day it came on market, and now we live in a piece of history "literally". Tatiana is highly recommended for those looking for an honest Realtor, who won't push you around trying to sway you toward a purchase you will regret.
