Pretty expensive for what you get. The lowest package is 25 dollars for 15 minutes of treatment. The chairs are massaging though.
The technician didn’t even massage my feet or legs. She placed a warm towel on them and then polished. She didn’t speak English well enough to explain my frustration.
WORST pedicure EVER. My toes weren't completely polished, smudge the polish and didn't fix it. I would never recommend any one to go here, waste of time and money. Now I'm left to fix their mistakes.
Usually not a complainer at all, but a friend and I went here to get our nails done. Looked fine in the beginning, but the overall nail and painting looked TERRIBLE. We both got a full set, with shellac, and I got a design on mine. It looked like a 3 year old painted it. The overall nail was very wavy and had really bad divots on every nail. Like I said, not usually a complainer, so I paid for them. He told me it was $60! I have never paid that much for nails before. My friend went in and asked for a refund and they refused and were very rude about it.
I took my daughter her to get her nails done and the old man did a rushed job and then when I started complaining after the fact he tried to fix them and filed all her polish off after the fact. And had the nerve to tell me that he been doing nails longer than I have been alive so that's why it only took him 17 minutes to do her overlay... the nail look lumpy and I will never go back there again
