I really enjoy Chakits’s YouTube videos. They are super high quality and he is very thorough. From the beginning to end he shows every aspect of each home and hides nothing. Sometimes I wonder if he is trying to sell the house because he is so honest about it’s flaws. If we are ever in the market for a home in Vegas he is definitely our top and only realtor choice.

Chakits is a wonderful agent who is a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable about real estate and is extremely helpful throughout the entire process of buying a house. He really hustled for us and was very fast when setting up viewings which helped make the home buying process very smooth. I recommend him to anyone looking for an agent!

We live in Ohio and we decided to build a second home in Las Vegas. My daughter lives in Las Vegas and she recommended that we hire Chakits as our real estate agent after she saw a number of his online videos showing him doing new home walkthroughs in Las Vegas and providing commentary. I can honestly say that having Chakits as our real estate agent was the best thing that we could have done. This was our first time building a new home and the insight and knowledge that Chakits provided was extremely valuable and greatly appreciated. He looked out for our best interest throughout the entire purchase and construction process. Chakits remained in touch with us and he provided very prompt responses to all of our questions. I do not typically write reviews, but I highly recommend Chakits.

My experience was fantastic! My realtor was chakits krulsawat , I was an out of town buyer and he made the process so easy for me and my husband. In my opinion, chakits went above and beyond to keep us updated every step of the way. If anyone is looking to purchase a home in the Vegas area , I highly recommend you contact him because YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!
