Had an amazing officer manage to get my phone back after a McDonald's employee stole it. I don't know how he did it but I'm very grateful

I’ve called this phone number on 5 different occasions on 5 different times on 5 different days and they do not answer. Left a message every time. You have to call the Guthrie City dispatcher to get ahold of these people. 3 other people I’ve talked to have had this problem. If you want to get ahold of the stuart police department don’t call this number, call the Guthrie country dispatcher.
