Hey Arby's. Thanks for helping out truck drivers that literally deliver your products by having only your drive through open. REALLY APPRECIATED! Don't worry, McDonald's across the street has the American truck drivers back.

I understand that times are stressful because of COVID and back to school. but that gives your employees no excuse to treat their customers with disrespect. we made it clear of what we wanted and instead of giving us meals they charged us separately for drinks and individual sandwiches. when we got to the window and explained that we asked for meals, not separate. the ‘manager’ came to the window and hardly explained what had happened and didn’t even try to fix the mistake. she instead shut the window and rolled her eyes. it’s already unfortunate that there aren’t many food options, but to be treated disrespectfully is unacceptable.
Walked in lobby as I am a truck driver.nThey refused to serve me takeout. Said lobby is closed. Casey's and McDonald's right across the street had no problem serving me their lobbys are open.nNever again Arby's.
