I have been working here for a few years working here I feel that my boss is concerned about the safety of her employees and she trusts in her employees to produce a high quality of work ethics.I work hard to maintain that trust and communication which has kept me engaged.It feels great to feel like your boss believes in you and I am so grateful for the constant support from her and dispatch.nThank you!!!

I am an employee i have never had an employer so fair, honest, non judgemental, and who actually listens.like most jobs go to work do your job no worries.I would recommend this job if u can stand for at least 7.5 hrs. And have reliable trans. And endour the weather hot cold rain snow etc. I have worked for other flagging comp. Which i have no complaints about however this company treats u with respect from the beginning and unless u screw that up for yourself it will stay that way in my opinion. Thank you mrs. Most of the people who work for this company are very lovely people. i worked for them for a few months and they were a little rough on communication and the payroll is different than anything ive ever seen but most importantly if you go to work for this company, avoid speaking to the owner at all costs, she seems very nice but she takes her company very personally and and in my case when i called her, she seemed more concerned with driving so she became very aggresive, ignored my concern, started telling me i was the cause of commpany problems and fired me and hung up on me. basicaly I turned in a timesheet (for one day or less work) timesheet a day late a couple times and they made like i was attacking the company lol if you are gonna flag for them be careful and make sure you adapt to their payroll system as quickly as possible and avoid talking to the owner if you can.

If I could give negative Stars I would this company just wants your money my fiance did a class through them work the shift never got paid and has never gotten a call since for another job this was about 2 months ago horrible company stay away get your training somewhere else
