Amazing things to learn and see here. Dunham Hall was my favorite. The family and their friends that work there are very friendly, and can answer any question you have about Windam's history. I enjoyed my visit there (we go every Fall). Subscribe to their YouTube channel too, I learn so much from each video I watch.

This local museum, located in Willimantic Connecticut, is a gem. All out of town visitors and residents should come here at least once. There are a variety of permanent and changing exhibits located in the two buildings on the premises. The museum staff are extremely knowledgeable, not only of the textile history of the town, but also of the whole town history in general. This is a great place to visit for adults and children alike. There are many events throughout the year that activity engage the diverse community.
