No complaints, I have been a customer almost 15 years now. They do a good job and always professional.
I brought my military dress uniform to get some patches sewn on (5) and they charged me over $40 to simply sew them on. On top of that they needed a week turn around to do this and still messed up the measurements after I gave a written explanation and measurements.When I went back for them to have them correct their mistake I was told the seamstress wouldn't be in until the 3rd, and that there were many ahead of me and they needed a week.$8/ea to sew on a patch is absurd, I will never use them again.
they're not that expensive.nnissues about CC: if you bring in one shirt, that's $2.50 or something. it costs about 1.75 for the business to clean and press, so, if the CC company is deducting $0.50 for every CC purchase under $10, what the hell are the cleaners making? a few cents?nthat's why there's a minimum but quite franklynthey've been taking credit cards under the $10 min for years now,
