Diane was amazing. She is well versed in the area. Her comps were spot on. She takes the time to explain what the current market trend is without sugar coating reality. She listens to the Clients wants, needs then step back as her marketing skills unfold! She gave me 100% of herself and did not allow unrealistic requests at inspection inhibit the deal. I would highly recommend her! My house sold in 45 days because of her guidance, knowledge and marketing savvy.

The White/Cook team are exactly that......a team. Diane White guided use through our first purchase of a multi family investment property with patience, integrity and kindness. When the time came to find tenants, Charlotte Cook handled every single detail of advertising, vetting and interviewing potential renters. She conducted herself professionally and with expertise. Excellent realtor to work with very punctual always on time and very honest never once asked me or my wife to show our property for them and they were very up front with the selling price of our property and very aggressive with advertising which did sell our property.
