We had bought and sold with Del Boschee several times prior, and were pleased, but did not have the same service with him or son Shane this time. There were several miscommunications about times for inspector and assessor and there was a lack of professionalism in that they were condescending and unenthusiastic. Shane needs to address his anger issues and listen to his clients better.

I cannot recommend Shawna Huseth enough. She is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is so nice and caring and thoughtful! She works for her customers to get them the best deals, even when she runs into someone at the grocery store and can put in a good word. She has a great sense of style so she recommends all kinds of great design choices, and she has awesome ideas for building, too. We worked with her building a house from scratch and she was involved in every step of the process. She really became a friend throughout the long process because we saw her so often! You can even text her late at night, because she will be up and responding practically 24/7. I have never worked with such an amazing realtor and you would be lucky to work with her!

Worked with a lady named Amber (she was the selling agent of a house we were interested in) and we did not have a good experience. First after we submitted our offer, she kept delaying talking about waiting for more showings (our agent had to put an expiration on the offer). She countered our offer, but we found out she was countering other offers in conjunction to ours (and picked the best price when we were going to accept her counter). Lost the house and had a bad experience with that agent (seemed pretty shady to me). I recommend dotting your i's and crossing your t's when you deal with her and hopefully you'll have better luck.
