Living here for 4 years so far and have had some slight issues with notices of future entry before, but they have listened and are working to improve notice times. Staff is willing to work with you on possible issues and Rent is very reasonable for the space and quality of the apartments.

I rented there in 2011, rent is cheap, neighbors were quiet. A month before my scheduled checkout date, i get a call saying that i missed my checkout and that id get charged 300 dollar fee if i didnt move out in a day. I did move out that day because i didnt want that fee and they told me they had already signed people on a lease to move in. I ended up living on a couch of a friend for a month with all my things crammed into his garage. THEN i get a bill in the mail from goldmark saying that I terminated the lease early and was going to be charged a $365 fee. I gave my 60 day notice. but because i was forced to move early it was only a 30 day notice. I have rented from goldmark many times, but i never have i been so miss treated before in my life. THEY messed up, and IM the one who has to pay for their unorganization.

Worst place to live ever nothing gets fixed right heat barly works In unit cops always here place gets lit on fire on second floor on purpose and they just tow ur vehicle with out putting a tow sticker on it and then say it's your fault yea would not recommend living here at all and there's one lady in office that should not be there just down right rude and rent is over priced for the units they have
