He was with us through every step of the buying process and was very knowledgeable. Working with the FM Team was great experience! They were able to find me the home I have always wanted and I'm loving it! I worked with Lee Roggenkamp and he was so well informed about what the market in the area was doing, and how best to navigate financing concerns. The entire transaction went smoothly thanks to the professionalism expressed by everyone I encountered from the first call they made to me to sitting down at the closing table.

When I first got a call from Paul I was trying to sell my home myself, I let him give me his phone pitch about a listing agent coming out. I told him not now and to call me in two weeks, I didn't actually think he would. Two weeks later I get a call and I reluctantly agreed to let their agent Jamie come to my house. I'm genuinely glad that I did, I had been trying to sell my home for 53 days before then, I had dropped my price three times $15,000 less than I originally wanted. I ended up listing my home with them and within 6 days my home sold for the price I originally wanted! The entire time this was going on I was also shopping for a new home, I decided to let them help with this as well. Within just a few weeks Josh had me moving into my new home well before I had to leave the home they sold for me. They're a persistent group of people at Keller Williams and I'm sure glad they are, it was by far the best experience I've had in the world of real estate.
