I had highlights and cut after 7 months. Crystal was great - the best highlights ever! She's a pleasure and professional. Listened and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I highly recommend!
Crystal is fantastic! I first started going to her for haircuts and color over ten years ago and I truly feel she has worked miracles on my hair. She has done three weddings for my family and friends, including my own, and also cut my kids' hair. She is talented, professional, and will go out of her way to make sure you look your best. Her skills are superb, as is her dedication to her clients, and I couldn't be happier with her services!

It was absolutely Marvelous. My hair was professionally done by Lynn LeBlanc. The atmosphere was very inviting. I had a very pleasant experience. My hair was done perfectly.nI highly recommend the Refuge Salon on 127 Main Street in Putnam, Connecticut.
The first time I came to the salon I had a great experience which led me to of course come back. Crystal trimmed my hair and it was perfect. The second time I came back a much younger hair stylist trimmed and colored my hair and when I got home I realized she had cut my hair where one side was noticibly longer than the other. I called the salon and arranged for Crystal to fix the haircut. Crystal did trim my hair and styled it but again when I got home my hair was still an inch longer on one side. Disappointed and annoyed with the multiple visits for something as simple as a trim. I will not be returning to this salon.
