A friend and I recently moved in and so far I can say everything has gone smoothly. The office is always on top of things whether it’s for questions or if we need help with something being fixed. We had a chance to meet Erica who was super lovely and Cedrick who was very easy to talk to and was good at giving a walk through/setting up everything! Overall, for the apartments themselves they are not bad at all for the price range! I truly enjoy my new home and the office staff :)

Have been amazing to work with. I switched from one of their apartment buildings to a different one and they bent over backwards to make it happen and early too. The whole team they have in their office is amazing. I can not say enough good things about them.

Moved out in july 18 lived there 2 years Smells bad, carpet never cleaned, trash constantly in halls takes till week come around to get trash up from weekend. Called multiple times for months left messages for office and maintenance to come fix my kitchen window and patio door never fix charges me for 6 hours of cleaning when I clean up before I moved out got intrest charge on my deposit got charged to remove items from apartment even though I know there was nothing left there.

A review of one of the buildings in the complex left four years ago stated that the building was filthy and awful-smelling. The environment has not changed, in fact, it is probably worse. When I first moved in, the cupboards had spills, spices and cereal still in them.nnI reported cockroaches to my landlord who did send an exterminator (eventually) but only for the first of two treatments. I woke up last night with a cockroach on my hand.nnI have complained about the upstairs neighbors to the landlord multiple times - even taking steps to contact the police and nothing was done about it.nnAdditionally, there is always trash on the lawn, the washer and dryer aren’t worth a quarter total, let alone $2.50 a load, and the parking situation is a disaster.nnDO NOT do business with Goldmark. You will regret it.

Cannot wait to get out of this building. Its dirty, loud, and constant, yet differentiating horrible smells, that vary from rotten onions, to B.O., to curry.nnThis horrendous stank has become a part of every possession I own, I will need to throw out all of my clothes and buy all new ones when I am finally out of my lease. I will never do any type of business with Goldmark after I am out of here.
