The management is in professional it’s all about the money. They fail to live up to their contractual obligations, they let people park in front of other people’s garages, and when emergency maintenance is called the maintenance guy tries anything to get out of doing the job. If they don’t want to do a job don’t take it. I am at my wits end with them. If their practices don’t improve I will withhold rent for breach of contract.

Great place. Some of the best prices in town. Clean, quiet, near the edge of town. Maintenance is quick to respond.nnBest apartments I have lived in.nnNo complaints.nnNot sure if the owner will read see this, but I'll put here in case.nAt one point I considered moving to another unit in the building. I put down a 300 dollar deposit. I later chose to remain in the unit I was currently at. I requested my deposit back and they would not return my deposit. IS there any thing that can be done about getting my deposit returned?

West Lake is a wonderful place to live.... It is clean, apartments are spacious and management gets things done quickly. I lived in another GoldMark property prior to moving here and I must say this location is so much better.

By far best place I have lived yet! Lived in park side and it was always maintained very well. Amazing people, always willing to work with you. If I could I would give them more stars!
