Lake Crest Apartment Office

LakeCrest is a great place to live. Its affordable, the people are friendly, the staff are great and it a nice quiet location. I moved away for a year and ended up coming back because I loved it so much. I have been back for about 2 months now and I couldn't be happier. Julie in the office helped me along the way and from day one she has always worked hard to provide the best service to potential residents AND current residents.

My daughter has had issues lately with the parcel locker. She has received no help from management to retrieve a parcel that is somewhere in the system. In fact, management has been very rude and condescending to her. I would think they would be more than willing to help her retrieve the lost package as they control the locker system. Slamming the door in her face and arguing with her is very bad customer service.

My boyfriend and I have only been here for a month! It’s a amazing price, and great staff. Moving process was very easy and fast. Plus they have a no breed of weight restrictions which was really hard for me to find! Would definitely recommend to others!!

We have lived at Lake Crest for 13 months and have loved it! The office staff is super helpful, the maintenance staff do great work. Our base heater went out in the beginning of winter and they were at our apartment right away to fix it. The snow removal is great and they give us a couple days notice to make sure cars are out of the way. The noise level in the neighborhood in general is quiet. We needed a place where there wasn't so much noice and this is perfect. We have a nice big deck which is perfect for the summer months! All and all we are happy with the staff and would recommend to anyone looking for a new place!

I've lived at Lake Crest for almost 3 years and I love it. It's quiet, clean and well-maintained. The staff is really helpful and the maintenance has always been quick to respond. Huge bonus is the community room you can rent for a great price. No plans on leaving!
