I have been living in PWG for 8 years and I have no complaints. Management has always treated me fairly, maintenance staff is excellent, and I have yet to see a single bedbug or cockroach. There are things that could be improved like snow removal, dog waste removal, the cleanliness of the common laundry room, and maybe a few other things but it's nothing that I really mind. It's a good complex for pet owners.

I usually dont do 1 star ratings unless they truly deserve it but, this is the absolute worst apartments I have ever lived in. The have bed bugs and cockroaches in nearly every building on this property. When a snow storm comes thru it takes them almost 2 days to come plow. If you are a few da says late with turning in rent, they will be leaving a 3 day eviction on your door. They have no garages and you pay alot for a little amenities. These are Goldmark properties. If anyone has ever told you to stay away from Goldmark, listen to them. I would NEVER recommend these places let alone any of Golmarks properties. If I could I would give the most amount of negative stars you could give 1 place.

We have had a wonderful experience with them so far. Great customer services, polite friendly staff, affordable rent, and even the maintenance tech is super friendly and respectful.

Long waits for maintenance and slow snow removal. Also they are a smoke friendly apartment. We don’t smoke and our apartment smells like an ash tray and our clothes too. Office people are kinda rude as well.
