Lacks proper professional understanding of adequately representing their client in out of state move. Unprofessionally suggesting selling home and moving family with young kids into camper! Husband and wife team where wife has to ask questions or permissions to husband.nAgents have a responsibility for the safety and protection to understand contracts to protect client, they failed to protect seller with out of state move clause harming the seller.
