Skooter was a godsend. I found my utility room floor partly covered in water because my water heater was leaking from the seams at a scary pace. Skooter was to my house within an hour of my call and was quick to tell me what I needed. He suggested that I check my warranty so that I would have a lower out of pocket cost. When he did that for me, he found it was just barely expired. He took a lot of extra time to help me in making several phone calls in order for my warranty to kick in and cover the water heater unit. He went above and beyond what was fair and got me the best deal possible. Beyond that, he helped me make sure the rest of my house around the area of the leakage was in good shape.
