I have had them come out on a few occasions with frozen pipes and a water heater install. I have been pleased through all of them.

Recently had a water heater installed and the guy was professional, courteous, he removed his shoes in my house and he also laid down tarps for removal of old water heater. He was quick and cleaned up after himself. Will call again next time we anything done.

We purchased a hot water heater through Home Depot, and Accent was the contracted plumber. Upon taking the old hot water heater out, the technicians hit three spots in our drywall-And didn’t even tell us. We Sold our home four days prior to that and we’re having our inspection the next day, I called the owner and even sent him pictures of the damaged walls, Asking them to send a professional to fix it. He responded and told me that he could only come over and patch it but not paint it. Horrible service And left a mess for us to clean up. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

The guy that came to my house was definitely professional and courteous. He fixed my garbage disposal and re-did some PVC that was leaking. It's still dry under there so I'm happy. They were also able to get out within 24 hours of me calling them. Perfect!
