First time going to Waves and I'll definitely be coming back! Nancy did a fantastic job cutting my hair, and she has such a warm and lovely personality. I'm always nervous going to a new salon and I felt incredibly welcome and relaxed. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area, and can't wait until I go back again! Many thanks :)

The manager doesn’t follow Covid-19 protocols. There was a stylist at the salon who tested positive and the manager refuses to shut down. Not going back there.
Left very disappointed and a bit upset. They said I could come back to get it fixed but it would have to be with the same person. The girl who did my hair was incredibly nice but I think just a little inexperienced, I still tipped 20% because I know she’s learning. Tried calling to talk to a manager twice, just to ask if I can get it redone with someone else or some kind of refund. Left my number both times for her to call me back and still haven’t heard from anyone.
Awesome hair salon. I always leave there feeling brand new.
