The utensils used to do ur nails are not cleaned properly. The nail polish they use for gel is like watered down. The lady was barely communicating. While rushing my nails. The lady yanked my arm when observing my nails. She didn’t even file my nails even. The only good thing is the prices. I personally wouldn’t comeback cause their utensils used on Citicard are filled with dead skin. Im scared to get a fungus. But u get what u pay for. Also they don’t wear their masks correctly my nail artist had her mask way below her nose.
I am usually a walk in, so appointment punctuality, I can't really comment on, but this is my GO TO nail salon....always care taken. Beautiful results...wonderful Pedis!nHighly recommend J & B :)
Came here as a walk in at 5 for a manicure and I'm glad I did. I came out in love with my nails. I'm definitely coming back to get my nails done when I visit although I live in NY. I don't know which girl did my nails but she did a great job and the prices here are very reasonable. I do recommend that the nail dryers emit cold air instead of hot air because when I left, I still had to be very careful with my nails because they didn't dry enough
Tina was absolutely fabulous! I have some varicose & spider veins & she was so attentive to the pressure I needed with the massage. She works so efficiently and has such a wonderful, gentle quality of touch. I am definitely coming back!!!
I was a walk in customer with my best friend wanted to get my nails done for my Jack and Jill and it was not the greatest experience i asked for a stiletto shape and got almond shape. Also the lady that was working on my nails was a rough with the electric nail file near my skin i was left with small cut on the skin surrounding my nails on almost all of my fingers more than my friend had. Not pleased with the work here. I will NOT go back again.
