Changing my review. After my unfavorable review Brendan reached out to me to understand why, he offered to make it right and he really did. The staff there is always nice and the car wash through the tunnel does a great job. Great car wash!

I just went through the car wash twice because my windshild did not come clean, and it wasn't any better after the second time. If the wash cannot even get bug guts off of a windshild, then I suspect it isn't cleaning anything more than dust off of the cars. I definitely would not recommend this car wash, especially with the exorbitant prices they are charging.nnUPDATE: Management reached out to me regarding my review and we discussed the issue. They have been very responsive, understood my concerns and have been great about making things right for both of us. Also, like I stated previously, I find the individual wash prices a bit steep (but still comparable to other car washes in our area), but their monthly membership is very cost effective . . . especially if you wash your vehicle often, which will come in handy this winter. Love seeing pretty girls cleaning their vehicle

I drive a black sports car. If you need to get dirt or salt off you car than this place is perfect for a quick maintenance wash. If you want your car to sparkle than this is not the place. It's like they reuse dirty water. No matter which package I get I always walk away wishing I went to the Cloud10 Manchester.
